About the Role
The Customer Service Manager is the front-line connection between the agency and its clients, responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support. This role assists with policy inquiries, billing, claims, and account updates while ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with State Farm’s values. By building strong relationships and maintaining attention to detail, the representative supports client retention and overall agency success.
Qualifications & Licensing
- P&C Insurance License (CO Resident Producer) – Upon Hiring On
- Life Insurance License (CO Resident Producer) – Within First 60-Days
- Health Insurance License (CO Resident Producer) – Within First 60-Day

Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: By leveraging the State Farm sales process focused on putting customer needs first, effectively educate clients on the comprehensive products and services we offer.
- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls as needed throughout the day – send quote opportunities to sales.
- Customer Service: Efficiently manage customer cases as they arise including but not limited to policy updates, billing/payment requests, re-writes, added vehicles, cancellation requests, dec page and ID requests, etc.
- Sales: Conduct IFR appointments with customers to verify sufficient coverage and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Beginning of Day: In conjunction with Agent complete BOD activities daily – late pays, DSS, UW form requests, etc.
- Admin: Complete tasks assigned in ECRM system daily.

Training: Complete routine product and compliance training as assigned.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
